Fantastic video Nick! I especially loved the fish swinging all over your pack on the way back🙂 That is one nasty walk, but the rewards were evident. I'll have to get some of those swimbaits myself, but don't think I could walk that far any more--a few too many hard landings thanks to the ol` T-10!

Nick, Honest Tips, One thing I noticed on Fish Finder Rig The Egg Sinkers are are Very Rough on Braided Line I put my eggs on a Heavier Mono using a PR Knot to 10’ Mono Shock Line Then swivel to my fluorocarbon leader ! High Low, Dropper, or Chicken Rigs I make my Drop Loops about 4”-5” long I built a Drop Loop Knot Board to make my leaders (Found the video on UA-cam) Fishing in Florida

Throwing a Hail Mary here, I’m a travel nurse and just moved to the area. I chose Oregon so I could do some salmon fishing. The problem is I don’t have access to a boat so it would need to be a bank fishing spot. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I know most people don’t want to give up good spot for fear of them getting blown out. I am not going to post it anywhere and I fish solo so the secret would stay with me! I’ve used UA-cam for all my research on the subject and you are by far my favorite source

How fun.

The only thing ill recommend is superglue on your plastic lures just put the lure on to the point its past the curve part of the hook and put a drop of glue were the hook shank is going into the lure then slide the lure on normally. it will prevent weeds, nips and small fish from stealing or messing up your lure or pulling it off the hook...... i will say it its not for all lures and does require some drying time and if you plan on reusing the hook you gota clean it but it has its places and will save you time like fixing it before every cast cus it slipped slightly of the hook
